National Lottery App Faces Outage: Players Encounter Login Problems

The National Lottery App faces a technical issue.

Thousands of customers throughout the UK have reported troubles experiencing the National Lottery app & site.

Many have experienced difficulty logging into the program, with approximately 1500 complaints being recorded at roughly 6:30 this morning.

Additionally, there was also an additional complaint spike at approximately 11pm yesterday night, with around 2200 outages being logged with Downdetector UK.

Roughly 53% of the reported failures connected to the app, whereas an additional 41 percent and 6% were tied to the website, respectively, and login.

Issues were recorded around the nation, with hotspots being found throughout Glasgow, Manchester, and London.

A majority of National Lottery users resorted to X, previously known as Twitter, to protest regarding the apparent downtime, with one individual writing: “Come on, @TNLUK. Your smartphone application and webpage are down; these have been occurring since 9pm yesterday night. The fact it’s nonetheless not resolved following all this second attempt is ludicrous.”

Another added: “Has anybody really been able to check in through the national lottery webpage or utilize the app until 9pm last night. @TNLUK Will the problem be repaired soon enough for today’s draw, or will it take further to fix?”

A third person said: “The National lottery app is acting up. Most possibly owing to the IT mess that was produced today.”

Responding to a person about the situation, the official National Lottery account said: “Hi. We are aware that some gamers are experiencing difficulty accessing our website and app. We apologize for your inconvenience; our team are presently examining the matter in order to figure out what has occurred.”
